Getting started

1. Create your BotWorld2004 account or sign in.
2. Open the Bot Client. The same username and password work in the game and bot.
3. Choose a built-in script, review its parameters, then press Start.

Client controls

Use the mouse wheel over the game to zoom in and out. Hold the middle mouse button and drag to pan around the scaled client. Use Reset View if you lose the game frame.

Running scripts safely

Start with one account and watch the status/log panel. Stop a script before changing its loadout. Bank enough food and required tools first. Random events that the bundled scripts cannot solve are disabled on this world.

Built-in automation

The client includes scripts such as combat, gathering and banking tasks. Parameters control targets, food, loot and banking. Most quests are completed automatically for new accounts, while Dragon Slayer, The Fremennik Trials, Legends' Quest, Heroes' Quest, Horror from the Deep, Lost City and Underground Pass remain available to play. Type ::undoquests in game if you want to reset every quest and play them all normally.

Writing a script

Custom scripts use TypeScript and the bundled bot API. Prefer the existing scripts in the bot project as working examples. Test locally with a disposable account before leaving automation unattended.
